COACHES

Charlotte has 20+ years of experience as a player and coach.  She played for University of Rhode Island and West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where she competed in the Division II World Series in 2014.  She coached for Lower Southampton Liberty 16u and 18u Gold travel teams and instructed at Maplezone Sports Institute from 2015-2017.  She was the assistant coach for Delaware Valley University from 2017-2018.  Charlotte joined Conestoga in 2022 and is looking forward to building a great culture for growing and learning.

Todd began coaching softball with BPALL tee ball in 2003.  He was a Little League coach and Director of Majors softball in 2010 and started Berwyn Firecrackers travel softball in 2009 which merged with Paoli Xpress, where served as Coach and Manager for five years.  He was Assistant Coach for University of Delaware softball 2015-2018 and joined Conestoga for 2018 season. He loves working to continue the program and culture that Pete Ricci built.

Adam has been coaching youth sports for over 12 years, and has coached just about every sport, including the DSBP baseball and softball programs for most of that time, winning multiple District titles.  He co-created the T/E Thunder travel softball program in 2016 and has been coaching there since then and joined Conestoga Softball in 2023.

• Married to beautiful wife Amy, currently has 2 kids (son AJ & daughter Ayden) attending Conestoga, with 3rd child (daughter Adley) attending next year.

• Runs a digital advertising agency and teaches people how to make money online.

• Fiercely competitive and extremely superstitious (both probably to a fault).

• Reads and listens to 100+ books per year, but prefers a movie experience.

• Focused on developing the student/athletes both on the field and off, and teaching them to be the best people they can be, while supporting Coach B and Coach Todd in their efforts.  Winning a ton of games would be pretty awesome too!
